Dan Bigelow is President at Sandler Training Utah. Dan brings with him a unique passion and drive for success, which he strives to pass along to his clients every day. He is an expert in sales processes and management, leveraging his extensive sales experience with invaluable training and knowledge to provide clients with real-world results.
With over 17 years of sales experience, Dan has a diverse background in a variety of sales practices and industries. Prior to working with Sandler, Dan spent three years as a top-performing sales representative for Paychex, Inc. He also gained vital experience working as a sales representative in business, door-to-door and phone sales industries for over 6 years while consistently reaching and exceeding goals and quotas. Dan received his B.S. in Public Relations and a certificate in Leadership Development from Utah Valley University.
He currently leads Sandler Sales Training’s business development efforts, while also serving as a certified Sandler Sales Trainer to a wide range of clients throughout the Wasatch Front.
Marisol is the Chief Experience Officer at Sandler Training of Utah. She specializes in business development, customer experience and highly effective business and sales strategies. She brings with her years of experience in a variety of companies and organizations both in the US and Europe. She holds degrees in Business Management, Professional Sales, Entrepreneurship, and Fine Art.
Marisol has worked with several nonprofit organizations and currently serves as a board member of Reach Out Today, a nonprofit organization that works with at-risk children and youth.
Her background in business, education, and fine art bring a creative and people-centric focus to all she does.
Jacie is the CFO at Sandler Training of Utah and is responsible for financial strategy and day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
She is passionate about setting and achieving goals, accomplishing hard things, and making a difference.
Jacie holds a Bachelors & Masters in Accounting (BYU-Idaho and University of Utah, respectively). Prior to Sandler, Jacie worked in investment accounting for a non-profit organization for 3 years. Her hobbies include: Golf, visiting National Parks, hiking, pickleball, softball, and volleyball.
The only thing Al enjoys more than selling something is helping someone else have that lightbulb moment, and helping them see what could be. Al has been committed to sales full-time since 1992.
If you ask Al, he will tell you he has made enough mistakes for everyone, but rarely makes the same mistake twice. He has been a salesman, finance director, owner of a car dealership, and has managed groups from 1 to 50.
Before Sandler, he knew how to sell. He knew it in his bones, but he did not always have the vocabulary to help others get and feel what he knew deep inside. Sandler has given him that vocabulary. He has the ability to break down things to the simplest, how to relate using a story that makes the principle stick in your head.

Kylee is the Client Success Specialist at Sandler Training of Utah. With her bright smile and upbeat attitude, she ensures that every new client feels welcome and supported. She is responsible for the administrative and onboarding operations. She goes above and beyond to anticipate client’s needs in providing top-notch assistance.
Kylee attended Brigham Young University- Idaho and holds a Bachelors Degree in Home & Family Lifestyles. During her life she has discovered her passion for helping and serving those around her. She strives to help create an environment of happiness. Outside of the office, Kylee enjoys cooking, baking, playing games, watching movies, and traveling.
